Travel shoppers are looking for the answer to their question “why should I stay at your hotel?” They are interested in what differentiates you and what features and amenities you have that will help them satisfy their needs and achieve success.
As a marketer, I believe that people respond better when you educate and inform them rather than “sell” them. Of course you should always recommend to them a next step after viewing your content but this does not need to be “hard sell” in any manner.
